Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 15–30 days of delivery (timeframe depends on the product — see product page for details). Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.

To initiate a return, email us at guzlovebiz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at guzlovebiz@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EU Customers EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
